MONDAY, JAN 19

Mission Start: Each Syndicate member is responsible for securing their own air transport into Vancouver. Use discretion. No paper trails. Ground transfer to Fairmont Pacific Rim—unsanctioned but expected.

1330 Hours – Assemble in the hotel lobby. Be sharp. No delays.

1400 Hours – Operation Blade & Breeze: First field activity. Expect altitude and steel. Pack light, breathe deep, fear nothing.

1700 Hours – The Heat Is On: Culinary combat. Blades drawn, egos high. Dinner included—only your dignity is on the line.

2000 Hours – Extraction back to HQ (Downtown).

2030 Hours – Syndicate Cocktails. Lounge at the Pac Rim. Keep it smooth. Watch your six.

WEDNESDAY, JAN 21

1000 Hours – Final debrief over brunch at Pac Rim.

1100 Hours – Check-out. Return to your respective territories. Leave no trace.

TUESDAY, JAN 20

0730–0830 Hours – Morning recon. Breakfast solo—hotel or local spots. Light rations and caffeine at the briefing.

0830 Hours – Depart HQ for Terminal City Club. Dress code: Smart casual, no questions.

0845–1615 Hours – Closed-door intel sessions with David MacLean. Phones down. Minds sharp.

1200–1300 Hours – Midday refuel on-site.

1615–1745 Hours – Free movement. Disappear if needed. Regroup by sundown.

1900 Hours – Lobby meet-up. Final orders issued.

1915–2130 Hours – Dinner at Mott 32. High-level diplomacy over generals chicken.

2030 Hours – Off-book rendezvous. Secret location. Fancy hotel. Passwords may apply.

EXPENSE PROTOCOL

  • Syndicate covers all on-mission
  • Anything off-script: your dime.
  • Airport transfers: reimbursable.
  • Meals during transit: handle it.
